In-house Graphic Designer – Alpina Ecuador
At Alpina Ecuador, I worked as an in-house graphic designer, contributing across various areas of brand communication and point-of-sale design. My main responsibilities included:
Promotional Content Design: I created visuals for seasonal campaigns, offers, and product launches—including promotional flyers, in-store ads, and digital graphics aimed at boosting sales across supermarkets and small stores.
Package Cover Design: While I didn’t design the packaging structure itself, I was responsible for the graphic layout and artwork for product covers, including yogurt lines like Bon Yurt, Avena Kiosko, Finesse and Regeneris, ensuring consistency with Alpina’s brand identity.
Tendcards & “Habladores”: I designed eye-catching POS materials such as tendcards, shelf talkers ("habladores"), and end-cap displays that helped communicate pricing, offers, and new product features in retail environments.
Internal Communication Design: I supported internal brand initiatives by designing content for corporate communication, including posters, digital banners, and internal campaigns to engage Alpina’s employees.
Motion Graphics & Animation: I occasionally developed animated pieces for both internal use and social media, helping bring campaigns to life through motion design.
Cross-functional Support: I collaborated with marketing, sales, and trade marketing teams, understanding commercial strategies and translating them into visual assets aligned with Alpina’s goals.
Event & Campaign Visuals: I also contributed to event graphics, such as visuals for in-store cooking shows, back-to-school promotions, and family-oriented campaigns.
